schedufy.app lets you write a message today and schedule it to send through your Gmail account at a future time. It runs on a schedule you set and keeps working even when you are offline.

What schedufy.app does

It sends scheduled emails for personal follow-ups, reminders, and routines. Every email is sent through your own Gmail account as if you wrote it yourself, at the time you selected.

Scheduling options

You can schedule messages once at a specific date and time, or set up repeating automations that send on a recurring schedule. Each automation delivers a separate message to every recipient on your list.

Private delivery

Each recipient receives a separate private message. schedufy.app does not support bulk marketing broadcasts, and it is not a bulk-marketing tool. Messages are composed and delivered as individual Gmail send operations.

Gmail access

We request send-only access to your Gmail account so schedufy.app can deliver the messages you schedule. We do not request or read your inbox, and the service does not read your inbox at any time.

Closed beta boundaries

schedufy.app is in closed beta and available by invitation only. Features, availability, and limits may change during the beta. There is no guarantee of uninterrupted access.
