Privacy policy

This policy explains what data schedufy.app uses, how it is handled, and your choices.

Google user data we access

We access your Google account email address and basic profile identity to sign you in and associate your account. When you separately connect Gmail, we receive Google OAuth authorization and refresh credentials plus permission to send user-authored messages through https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send at the times and to the recipients you select. The Gmail authorization credential is encrypted at rest and used for scheduled delivery while you are offline.

We do not access existing mailbox messages, inbox contents, drafts, labels, Google contacts, or message-reading data. Message content, recipients, schedules, timezone, and saved contacts are supplied directly by you rather than read from Gmail.

Saved contacts and recipient snapshots

You can save contacts in schedufy.app for reuse across automations. When you schedule a message, we store a recipient snapshot tied to that automation so delivery history stays accurate even if you later change or remove the saved contact. Saved contacts can be deleted at any time.

Message and delivery data

We store the message content you write, the recipient list you configure, and delivery facts recorded after each send operation. This data is retained to provide delivery audit history and to prevent duplicate sends.

How Google user data is shared

We share Google user data only with:

• Google, for Google Sign-In, OAuth authorization, and Gmail delivery;
• infrastructure providers acting as processors for hosting, storage, security, and backup under confidentiality and security obligations;
• recipients you select, who receive only the messages and sender identity you direct Schedufy to send;
• authorities or other parties when disclosure is legally required or narrowly necessary to investigate security or abuse; and
• a permitted successor in a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer, subject to applicable notice, consent, and policy requirements.

We do not sell Google user data, transfer it to data brokers, disclose it for unrelated purposes, or use it for advertising. Humans do not read Google user data except with your affirmative permission for specific data, when narrowly necessary for security or abuse investigation, or when legally required.

Schedufy's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Retention and security

Account data is retained while your account is active. Message content and delivery records are retained for the duration of your automation history. We apply operational security controls including transport encryption and encrypted credential storage.

Your choices

You may sign out and stop using schedufy.app at any time. You can delete saved contacts individually and disconnect Gmail through your Account settings. To delete your account and all associated data, contact support.
