Terms of use

schedufy.app is an invitation-only closed beta service for scheduling Gmail messages. By using the service, you accept these terms.

Acceptable use

schedufy.app is designed for personal follow-ups, reminders, and routines. It must not be used for spam, unsolicited marketing, phishing, or any unlawful activity. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the message content, recipient accuracy, and schedule you configure. Confirm that each recipient has consented to receive the message you send. You must keep your Google account in good standing.

Scheduling and delivery

schedufy.app supports one-time and recurring schedules. Delivery depends on your connected Gmail account, Gmail provider limits, and service availability. We do not guarantee delivery at a precise moment.

Gmail connection

You must connect a Gmail account with send-only permission to use schedufy.app. You may revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings. Disconnecting Gmail pauses your active automations.

Closed beta and availability

The service is in closed beta. Access may be modified, suspended, or discontinued during the beta period. Features and limits are subject to change without advance notice.
